1. Traditional chocolate truffles

You can make this treat easily and you don’t need a lot of ingredients to make it. Truffles are usually made from a paste called ganache, in presentations with chocolate, cream and butter.

You can also make them your way and add your favorite ingredients to them.

Ingredients

  • 1 bar of grated chocolate (200 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (30 g)
  • ¼ glass of milk (50 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (15 ml)
  • ¼ cup of sugar (50 g)
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate chips (60 g)

Preparation

  • To start, pour the egg yolk into a bowl and add the ingredients one by one, except for the cocoa powder, until you get a paste.
  • Then, make small balls with the obtained dough, in order to give them the shape of a truffle.
  • Pass each of the balls in the chocolate chips and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • Finally, take out of the refrigerator and serve.
  • You can also sprinkle the truffles with condensed milk or chocolate syrup.

2. White chocolate truffles

We know that white chocolate can sometimes be a little more mushy than dark chocolate. However, we’ll tell you the secret to making your truffles the perfect sweetness. Lemon is the special ingredient that will remove some of the pasty flavor from this candy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of melted white chocolate (200 g)
  • ¼ glass of liquid cream (50 ml)
  • Zest of a lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of grated coconut (45g)
  • 2 tablespoons of ground almonds (30 g)

Preparation

  • To start, place the melted white chocolate in a saucepan, then add the cream.
  • Beat well to combine the ingredients.
  • Then add the lemon zest to the mixture.
  • Then heat the chocolate and wait for it to reach the boiling point. Let cool.
  • Once warm, mix again and you will notice the mixture will start to thicken.
  • Continue to mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
  • Then pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper and let it solidify until the ganache is obtained. It takes about 15 minutes.
  • Then remove the resulting ganache and cut it into strips and then into squares. This way you can make the truffles.
  • Finally, spread a little coconut and grated almonds on each truffle. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and serve.

  • Then add the egg yolk and cream cheese and beat well until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  • Then place the mixture in a bowl lined with parchment paper and let the mixture sit.
  • Finally, make small balls with the dough and refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve and enjoy without remorse.
