  • 1 cup of white wine (250 ml)

  • ½ tablespoon of thyme (8 g)
  • ½ tablespoon of black pepper (8 g)

  1. The first thing to do is to clean the fish, that is, to remove the viscera and thorns as much as possible.
  2. You can cut it into fillets or simply make an opening to introduce your vegetables.
  3. Then, on a baking sheet, lay all the spices and garlic, pour in the white wine, olive oil and lemon juice. Stir a little to mix.
  4. Then place the fish on the baking sheet and turn it so that it soaks up the juice from the mixture.
  5. Finally, sprinkle the fish with fresh parsley and cover it with wrapping paper. Refrigerate at least 12 hours so that it can marinate overnight.

  1. First, peel, wash and cut the potatoes into slices (no more than 2 centimeters thick).
