  • 2 eggs – separate the yolks from the whites – (120 g)

Preparation

  • Mix the tea with the gelatin leaves previously hydrated in cold water.
  • Add 200 ml of water, lemon zest and juice.
  • Beat 2 egg yolks, then gradually add them to the above mixture. Mix well.
  • Add the cheese and your favorite sweetener. Mix again.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the mixture, wrapping it around.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and put in the freezer until it begins to harden.
  • Take it out of the freezer and stir well so that it does not crystallize. Then put it back in the freezer.
  • Repeat the previous two steps until you get the desired consistency, which should be creamy.

  • 1/2 cup (100 mL) low fat coconut milk

Preparation

  • First open the coconut and take half a cup of its water.
  • Then mix the coconut water with the skimmed milk.
  • Place the cornstarch with the above mixture in a container.
  • Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, beat the coconut milk with the lemon zest, condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Add this preparation to the previous mixture.
  • Bring this mixture to a boil, beating constantly until a thick mixture is obtained.
  • Then remove the pan from the heat and add the coconut rum, stirring constantly.
  • Prepare individual molds by buttering them with butter, then pour the preparation into these molds.
  • Let cool to room temperature, put in the refrigerator until everything is firm.
  • Remove from the mussels and serve on a plate decorated to your liking.

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi (10 g)
  • 1 pear (30 g)

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries well and remove the stalk. Then dry them with absorbent paper.
  • Peel the rest of the fruit.
