Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup strawberries (200 g)
  • A cup of Greek yogurt (200 g)
  • ¼ glass of water (50 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of unflavored light gelatin (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of condensed milk (15 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted peanuts (30 g)
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. First of all,  to prepare this frozen dessert, you need to freeze the strawberries and banana  (cut into slices) for 12 hours.
  2. Then, in a saucepan, bring the water to a boil to prepare the gelatin. Reserve the set.
  3. After the cooling time, liquefy the strawberries and bananas with the yogurt until you obtain a cream.
  4. Add the already prepared condensed milk and gelatin, and mix again.
  5. Then pour into ice cream molds and let cool in the freezer for 2 hours. Remember that since ice cream is made with yogurt, it will have a creamier texture than regular ice cream.
  6. Finally, take the mixture out of the freezer and add the peanuts and more strawberries if you wish.

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (200 ml)
  • ½ glass of cream of milk (100 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate essence (60 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of walnuts (45 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (15 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of brandy (30 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of stevia (45 g)

Preparation

  1. First, in a large bowl, pour the yogurt, cream and sugar. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Then add the chocolate essence, cornstarch and liqueur and stir again.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold and cover with a layer of aluminum foil before placing a lid on top.
  4. Then leave in the freezer for 4 or 5 hours.

Preparation

  1. Start by cutting the strawberries into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Then take the mold and pour the yogurt into each hole to about three quarters of its capacity.
  3. Then place in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
